All sessions, including the breath therapy, yoga and sound healing I loved as they were so evocative, which lead to even more personal sharing and release.

 

I cannot express enough what a joy it was to be within your loving and gracious energy and that of the other beautiful inspiring women and I will be forever grateful as I have also come away committed to rebalancing my life and embracing the freedom that comes with that.
