What a beautiful few days I got to spend on the equally beautiful island of Guernsey.

Lucia has this innate ability to hold space and create an environment where people that have never met one another before, feel safe and secure in opening up on their healing journeys.

In bringing others in to help facilitate, we were able to try different modalities which in turn further deepened the work we were doing, shout out to Mel, Nessi and Paul for all that they shared.

I left the weekend feeling calm, centered, and so thankful for getting to spend the weekend with 24 awesome women, they truly were awesome, all of them!
