Feeling Connected

I was lucky enough to go to Lucia's first cacao ceremony. It was just so lovely, I felt at ease really quickly.

The guided meditation was incredible, I was so relaxed but felt connected. It has really helped me to notice somethings in a different way and be more open minded.

Will definitely be going again. I absolutely loved it, thank you Lucia x x
